Season’s Greetings and here comes a New Year

2020 is beginning to wind down and bring to an end this long challenging year. As Father Winter is upon us for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we bundle up to get exercise by walking in the cold air, slug through three feet of snow to feed horses and fasten the outdoor Christmas lights to survive the winds from the north. In the Southern hemispheres, the lands may be bursting with summer colors and the days warming.  A completely different picture. The cycles of nature and life are never-ending, ever-changing, and always renewing.

This last year has not been renewing for many. Relatives have passed over, others have suffered for months, our health care people are overworked, and almost everyone who has heeded our government agencies’ requests has struggled with separation or isolation.

We are an adaptable species. We are being pushed to our edges during this time. What was once in the shadows has come forth to be purged. What we kept at bay can no longer be ignored. It does not matter if it is a secret you have kept from your partner, a health condition you have been ignoring, or the habits that keep you away from who you truly are. We are peeling away what is old, what we have outgrown, and what no longer works.

In this process, we have the opportunity to embrace a more profound sense of truth and authenticity that we may never have recognized before. With disease and death knocking at the door, we have been forced to look at what is meaningful. What matters.

As we move through the Holiday Season, I know that you will find creative ways to get beyond the limitations imposed on you and to see what is truly right at this moment. I trust you will find all of the things that you can find to be a blessing, ways to have gratitude and embrace love, even in the moments of grief and despair.

As each new day breaks open, so do new opportunities. Opportunities to step more deeply into the relationships or life what warms our heart. Options to sever others through the light we can offer. And opportunities to find new ways to sustain our sense of connection and flow with life.

I share with you the video above so that you can have a moment to experience a cold winter’s day and my herd sorting themselves out. Eventually, you will see they come back to peace and harmony.

And that is what I wish for you this Holiday Season and into the New Year – Peace and Harmony!

Seeing the Magic!

Sweet magical occurrences are happening here at my ranch. Each time they do, it confirms the rightness of my path and the support I feel from all of the creatures around me (such as this hummingbird below) and spirits beyond.

EFLC Level One Online

Like you, the last seven months have not been easy for me. It has been the opposite. I have worked harder than ever to figure out new ways to continue contributing to expanding human consciousness. It is my purpose to reconnect people to Mother Earth and her creatures, to raise social consciousness, and create more oneness in a chaotic world that is becoming divided and filled with unrest.

My horses, and especially Moon, have shown up with such clarity of their purpose during moments of filming and capturing key teaching moments for my new Online EFLC Level One Training. Their long stares into my soul express to me that they are here with me, to serve, and to be the support that is needed to reach people during this odd and often trying time.

For years, as I traveled through Europe and Australia to teach, I was asked to go online. I resisted this request. I claimed the process could not be successfully conducted through online methods. Additionally, I reasoned that filming would only be a distraction for the horses. I have been proven wrong, and I am humbled and happy that I have.

Have you been trusting the process of your life during this chaotic time?

I have practiced the grace of letting things be as they are and changing as they need to.  People have left, new people have come in, and many relationships have deepened as my relationship bubble has become smaller.
